Irv Stein - President

Irv Stein has been a mergers and acquisitions executive since 1984, and is President of Zermatt Associates, Inc. Mr. Stein has completed over 50 acquisition M&A transactions, primarily in the health care field. Mr. Stein was previously Vice President of operations at Thompson Medical Co., a Distributor of Over -the Counter-Drugs from 1972-1983. From 1969-1972, Mr. Stein served as Vice President of Operations for Zale Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Stein was an Industrial Engineer for several companies including Popular Merchandise Company and Emerson Quiet Kool Division. Mr. Stein holds a B.B.A in Production Management from City College of New York, and an M.I.E. from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Scott Stein - Vice President

Scott Stein has been a small business owner and business to business salesman since 1985. In 1985 Scott purchased a retail/mail order map business for which he created and published the map industry's first comprehensive Distributor Catalog. After selling that successful business, he worked for various publishers and trade show producers including The Thomas Register of American Manufacturers, Wireless Magazine and Eaton Hall Expositions. From 2002 till 2005, he ran McCarthy Expositions, a trade show company hosting regional and national events in the Real Estate & Foodservice industries. Scott holds a B. S. Finance degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, 1985.
